Patient Greeter

kodak

office pup

Kodak was born in February of 2022 and is a black lab golden retriever mix (3/4 black lab, 1/4 golden retriever). Kodak comes to work everyday with Dr. Kelsey and is tasked with greeting our patients and making them feel comfortable and welcomed in our office. Kodak is extremely friendly and although he is still only a puppy, he maintains a calm demeaner in the office setting. When Kodak isn’t at work, he enjoys long walks, games of fetch, and playing with his brothers/other pups that live in his neighborhood. His favorite in-office games are fetch with his balls and toys, and investigative sniffing to learn all about your own furry friends at home. When coming to your dental appointments, make sure to say hi to Kodak as he looks forward to seeing you!

If you happen to be allergic to or have a fear of dogs, please let us know prior to your appointment and we will keep Kodak closed in our back office.

Chester

2007 - 2020

Some may wonder about the meaning behind our office email, chester@bjornsonfamilydental.com, and here you have it. Chester was one of our most beloved employees and worked at Bjornson Family Dentistry from the start to the end of his life. He was born at Dr. Tom's house in 2007 and although he was a still born, Dr. Tom brought him back to life with puppy CPR! He was our miracle pup and we were so fortunate to have him as our office mascot. When Chester was not at work, he enjoyed playing with his brother and mom at home, taking walks in the woods, bird hunting, and swimming in the ocean over the summers. Sadly, Chester passed away in 2020 but we keep his memory alive and he will always be a special part of our office! Rest in peace, sweet boy.
